While not listed as a class, we conduct a FREE 1 hour workout of qi gong and taiji for the public.  This workout is conducted in Gilchrist Park, Punta Gorda in front of the Gazebo.  This workout is held at 9:30-10:30AM every Saturday, rain or shine.

""Thirteen (13) postures represents the earliest form(s) of taiji movements.
The form consists of 8 movements coupled with 5 directions.  

A calm meditative state can be achieved thru these movements, which can be used for cultivating good health and tranquility.

This class will remain open until the 2nd Friday of July.

We try to maintain a balance of taichi and qigong classes being taught in the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte area. The ideal condition is an ongoing taichi and qigong class on separate days. Class availability is normally a function of number of persons desiring a particular form of taichi or qigong.

A Dao Yin Sheng Gong "Stretch and Balance" class has been suspended for the Summer and will return this Fall. Wednesdays class is 1 hour and held  at the Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association (PGICA) in Punta Gorda, Fl.  Consider attending and learn balance.

This class is designed to improve balance and strength using Meditation and specific Tai Chi steps for balance.

Everyone is invited to come to this Monday morning open class. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes and flat bottom shoes. Bring water, it is important to stay hydrated.Type your paragraph here.
